mgr/ansible: Add create/remove osd functionality

- Create/remove osd functionality
- Addressed typo find by @tchaikov
- Improved code in functional orchestrator methods following @leseb suggestions
- Addressed @sebastian-philipp  suggestions
- Use <drive group> specification for create OSD in all the orchestrators
- fixed errors calling HandleCommandResult
