qa: TestMDSMetrics.test_delayed_metrics failure

TestMDSMetrics.test_delayed_metrics is failing due to
the absence of omit_sudo parameter in the remote.run()
of set_inter_mds_block() in qa/tasks/cephfs/filesystem.py
