xfs: test reproducible builds

xfs: test reproducible builds

With the addition of the `-p` populate option, SOURCE_DATE_EPOCH and
DETERMINISTIC_SEED support, it is possible to create fully reproducible
pre-populated filesystems. We should test them here.
