doc/radosgw: Cosmetic and formatting improvements in frontends.rst

Capitalize terms like IPv4, SSL, URI consistently.

Title case for "Ceph Monitor".

Fix "Nagel" to "Nagle".

Use inline code consistently in references to configuration values and
reference to "beast" front-end.
