purge: fix rbd mirror purge

as of b70d54ac809a92cd88e39e3efa7ed3fee864a866 the service launched isn't
ceph-rbd-mirror@admin.service.

it's now `ceph-rbd-mirror@rbd-mirror.{{ ansible_hostname }}`
