net: dsa: move dsa_port :: stp_state near dsa_port :: mac 
 
The MAC address of a port is 6 octets in size, and this creates a 2 
octet hole after it. There are some other u8 members of struct dsa_port 
that we can put in that hole. One such member is the stp_state.
