DMCUB updates for DCN351, DCN35 and DCN401.
From internal git commit 25e630edda5228577e7a1e40cea196e5988cb0b6

Firmware release 0.1.2.0
Tested with DC 3.2.325

Release Notes:
- Fix initialization logic
- Revise Replay residency calculation
- Fix USB4 issues
