qcom: consolidate audioreach-tplg firmwares into one location in WHENCE

Even though all the audioreach-topology firmware is generated from single
source its scattered in WHENCE file making it difficult to update it
when a new release. Consolidate this to one section in WHENCE to make it
easy for updates and tracking.
