rbd-mirror: further adding some more helper routines

This commit aims to simpify:
load_local_group_snapshots
load_remote_group_snapshots
scan_for_unsynced_group_snapshots

With this commit it should be clear that non of the above routines use
reverse iterators or too much nesting
