examples/librbd: drop -std=c++11 from CXXFLAGS

In terms of `CXXFLAGS` this commit does for `examples/librbd`
exactly what be838652fae1ee4683b62785192a58992a76d1fe already
did to `examples/librados`. Together they cover the purpose
of the long-waiting PR #44738.
