mgr/dashboard: Status info cards' improvements
- MGR info card:
  Show amount of daemons active instead of active mgr name.
  Daemons active text line: show mgr active name when 'on mouse over'.
- OSD/MDS info cards (for consistency):
  The same text appearance as MGR card.
- Hosts/Object Gateway/iSCSI cards: added 'total' after amount for clarification.
- Some CSS refactor.
