ceph-container-prs: disable ceph-ansible tests

ceph-container repo is being reworked.
ceph-ansible is about to drop ceph/daemon entrypoints anyway
so theses tests don't make sense anymore.

This disables ceph-ansible tests in the ceph-container CI.
