Three fixes to ceph-setup/build/build:

1) invoke sh with -ex for verbosity and exit-on-error

2) fix syntax error with [] (missing space before ])

3) restore commented-out mv before dpkg-source -b.
I'm not sure why the copy copies to release/$vers and then
later moves to ceph-$vers, but something has to put it in
ceph-$vers.
