qa/suites/crimson-rados/perf: use fixed-1 and ignorelist

crimson-rados/perf/clusters used fixed-2 though only a single node
was used.

To preserve the current behavior:
* move to the correct fixed-1 definition
* introduce ignorelist yaml as previously included in
  perf/clusters
