From: Sage Weil Date: Tue, 28 Apr 2015 23:09:07 +0000 (-0700) Subject: rocksdb: set fallocate_with_keep_size = false for log writes X-Git-Url: http://git-server-git.apps.pok.os.sepia.ceph.com/?a=commitdiff_plain;h=2b903df57204ec5064e1e002d99ef299facd17d5;p=rocksdb.git rocksdb: set fallocate_with_keep_size = false for log writes This lets us avoid updating the inode as we append to the file. (Maybe. If the file is sparse and the blocks aren't zeroed XFS will probably still have to go update the extent flags.)
