add-osd: gather facts in second part of playbook

otherwise, it will end up with error like following:

```
FAILED! => {"msg": "'ansible.vars.hostvars.HostVarsVars object' has no attribute 'ansible_hostname'"}
```

because facts won't have been gathered.
