crimson/seastore: run pg-log trim txns solo, off the batched path

Per-collection batching merges many client txns into one seastore txn.
Batched OP_OMAP_RMKEYS is not stable yet, possibly due to an exposed
internal bug that is seen with the new behavior.
Avoid batching OMAP_RMKEYS for now.
