ceph-helpers: fix run_crimson_osd to find installed binary

Packages rename the built binary from 'crimson-osd' to 'ceph-osd-crimson'
at install time, but run_crimson_osd() only searched for 'crimson-osd' in
local build paths, causing crimson teuthology jobs to fail with
"ERROR: crimson-osd binary not found".

Keep the existing build-dir checks (local builds are still named
'crimson-osd') and add a fallback to 'ceph-osd-crimson' via PATH
for installed-package environments.
