Adds ansible script to split this repo into roles.

Use it like this, to split and update:

ansible-playbook -i dummy-ansible-hosts contrib/splitup.yml \
  --tags split --extra-vars github=mhubig/ansible

ansible-playbook -i dummy-ansible-hosts contrib/splitup.yml \
  --tags update --extra-vars github=mhubig/ansible
