mgr/dashboard: Updated octopus image on 404 page

Replaced the image of the Nautilus octopus with another octopus
in preparation for the "Octopus" release.

The image was taken from Museums Victoria
(https://collections.museumvictoria.com.au/species/8696) and is
licensed under the Creative Commons "Attribution 4.0 International"
(CC BY 4.0) license.

Deleted older, now obsolete images from the assets directory.
