qa/suites/netsplit/tests/2-dc-1-arbiter-stretch-cluster-netsplit.yaml

Test netsplit between 2 datacenters
in a stretch mode cluster.

Observe if:

- PGs are active
- Cluster is accessible
- Writes and Reads went through
