qa/suites/orch/cephadm: enable hosts_access tests

Enable the hosts_access tests when running deploy_smb_mgr_basic.yaml,
deploy_smb_mgr_domain.yaml, deploy_smb_mgr_res_basic.yaml, or
deploy_smb_mgr_res_dom.yaml.
