qa: suppress MismatchedFree operator delete RocksDB

When using GLIBCXX_3.4.32 - GCC 14 valgrind complain on mismatch free
when we are closing RocksDB, when using GCC 13, the problem doesn't
appear.
we will suppress the valgrind error.
