tools: update for Journaler/Objecter interfaces

Journaler now requires a Finisher: construct one in
MDSUtility.

Objecter now requires separate calls to init() and start(),
do that in MDSUtility and also take advantage of Objecter's
new ability to act as its own dispatcher.
