doc/install/manual-deployment: fix osd install doc

* should be using /var/lib/ceph/osd/{cluster-name}-{osd-num}/sysvinit
  instead of var/lib/ceph/osd/{cluster-name}-{hostname}/sysvinit, thanks
  to Kyle Hutson <kylehutson@ksu.edu>
