ceph-daemon: Move ceph-daemon executable to own directory

Moving ceph-daemon into src/ceph-daemon/ makes it simpler to add extra
code (eg. tox.ini, README, unittests, ...) specific to ceph-daemon.
That way related files are in a single directory.
