doc/rbd: s/guess/xml/ for codeblock lexer

this change silences the warning of

```
doc/rbd/qemu-rbd.rst:174: WARNING: Pygments lexer name 'guess' is not
known
```

see http://pygments.org/docs/lexers/, we should use "xml" for XML .
