ceph-disk: modify the destroy/deactivate behavior to handle dmcrypt/mpath feature.

  - modify the behavior to handle dmcrypt/mpath osd
  - add some functions to get the information of dmcrypt osd
  - fixed the logging format Use `%(filename)s` instead of `%(filename)`
