openstack: rados/thrash...cache-pool-snaps.yaml: need 15GB

8GB is not enough for cache-pool-snaps.yaml, it needs more otherwise it
will intermittently fail by crashing the target which makes it difficult
to diagnose. The best way is to start the run and then tail -f
/var/log/messages until it crashes.
