common/options/global: correct default of auth_mon_ticket_ttl

in 5505fc0051a302fed46aa2ecaa8c8aa2a75b9e91, during rebasing against
master it was set to 12_hr by accident.

this setting was changed to 72_hr in
522a52e6c258932274f0753feb623ce008519216
