FreeBSD/src/kv/Makefile.am: Fix NPROC and add compilerflags

 - Silence the Clang compiler on a warning
 - augment the getting of FreeBSD number of CPUs
NPROC = nproc needs to be conditional as well since
it will otherwise be executed anyways.
