mgr/rbd_support: remove CreateSnapshotRequests __del__()

There is no need for CreateSnapshotRequests.__del__() that calls
CreateSnapshotRequests.wait_for_pending().
MirrorSnapshotScheduleHandler.shutdown() already calls
CreateSnapshotRequests.wait_for_pending().
