Merge PR #27440 into nautilus

* refs/pull/27440/head:
os/filestore/FileJournal: note EIO events
os/filestore: make note of EIO errors when we see them
os/filestore: note devname for later use
global/signal_handler: avoid core dump on EIO
os/bluestore/KernelDevice: note EIO metadata on aio EIO
