tests for:
* fs subvolume ls
* 'fs subvolume ls' for non-existent default group
* fs subvolumegroup ls
* 'fs subvolumegroup ls' for not-existent /volume
* fs subvolume snapshot ls
* fs subvolumegroup snapshot ls
