node-proxy: rename attribute and class

This renames the mgr's NodeProxyCache attribute from
`self.node_proxy` to `self.node_proxy_cache` and the
class `NodeProxy` in agent.py from `NodeProxy` to
`NodeProxyEndpoint` to make it clearer and avoid confusion.
