cmake: delete excidentail reintroduced line.

- This target got reintroduced by accident after the creation
  of ceph-common in commit:
    https://github.com/ceph/ceph/commit/046b2bde6d93992c36d4943c4f7859993f034ca

  Detection was trigger by refering to libresolv, and results in a
  linking error.
