mgr/dashboard: Change 'Client Recovery' title

Rename 'Client Recovery' info-card title to 'Recovery Throughput' as:
- 'Client' is a misleading concept there, as long as all recovery is
server-side driven.
- No indication of the kind of metric (e.g.: IOPS, throughput, etc).
