ceph-volume/tests: reject loop devices in lvm.conf

The current task doesn't works (typo?).
Otherwise api/lvm.py can't work properly, functions such as
`get_single_lv()` and many other don't return the expected results.
Indeed, lvm is confused because of the nvme_loop setup.
