Switch to 'centos/stream8' box.

Adapt URL to Ceph repo.

Need to install the additional packages:
 cephadm
- libseccomp-devel (to prevent the 'podman: symbol lookup error: podman: undefined symbol: seccomp_notify_fd' error)
