doc/mgr: edit hello.rst

Edit doc/mgr/hello.rst. This includes the rewriting of sentences so that
they now appear in grammatically-correct English.

This is part of a project to separate out the twenty-five files that
were committed to https://github.com/ceph/ceph/pull/62782.
