doc/radosgw: update link in rgw-cache.rst

Update link in doc/radosgw/rgw-cache.rst. The link updated here is a
link to all the Nginx configuration files. The old link was broken. This
update comes to us from an anonymous report on
https://pad.ceph.com/p/Report_Documentation_Bugs.
