doc/radosgw: edit metrics.rst

Edit doc/radosgw/metrics.rst.

Incorporate Anthony D'Atri's suggestion from
https://github.com/ceph/ceph/pull/62893#discussion_r2124662981 into the
RADOSGW documentation.

This commit clarifies the English that explains the behavior of
rgw-multitenancy.
