doc/radosgw: explain multisite dynamic sharding

Add a note to doc/radosgw/dynamicresharding.rst and a note to
doc/radosgw/multisite.rst that explains that dynamic resharding is not
supported in releases prior to Reef.

This commit is made in response to a request from Mathias Chapelain.

kv/RocksDBStore: Add CompactOnDeletion support

This commit adds support to compact column families when a certain number
of tombstone entries have been observed within a certain sliding window
during iteration.  It only helps when itereating over entries already in
SST files and not when iterating over ranges in memtables.

Likely we will still need to provide a mechanism to flush memtables and
compact column families once a certain number of rmkey or rm_range_key
calls are made.

cephfs-top: drop x_coord_map

As we started using curses pads in PR#48090, we don't need x_coord_map anymore.
In this patch, the metrics are positioned in cephfs-top based on padding (ITEMS_PAD).

qa: update test cases to check for ENOTDIR instead of EINVAL

- test_nfs_export_creation_at_filepath:
ENOTDIR is raised instead of EINVAL which is better
aligned with the nature of the failure

- test_nfs_export_creation_at_symlink:
ENOTDIR is raised instead of ENOENT since the code
can now check if the path is symlink but won't follow
it.
